LIE: I need meetings forever. TRUTH: You're complete in Christ, not programs. (Col 2:10)

LIE: Forgiving myself excuses sin. TRUTH: God didn't excuse it—He paid for it (Rom 8:33-34). Forgiveness acknowledges sin and accepts payment.

LIE: Forgiving myself is escaping justice. TRUTH: Justice was served—it is FINISHED (John 19:30).

LIE: Sinned with too much knowledge. TRUTH: Where sin abounded, grace abounded MUCH MORE. Knowledge doesn't limit grace. (Romans 5:20)

LIE: Need right people first. TRUTH: Come BOLDLY to the throne YOURSELF—direct access. (Heb 4:16)

LIE: Self-reliance is pride. TRUTH: I can do all things through Christ—independence in Him is faith (Phil 4:13)

LIE: Must confess to people for forgiveness. TRUTH: The BLOOD cleanses from all sin. 1 John 1:7

"If I tell my small group or accountability partner about this, they'll judge me and I'll lose the only safe community I have."

LIE: Confession costs community. TRUTH: Confess to one another that you may be HEALED. James 5:16

"I've tried everything to get free but nothing works - I'm stuck under oppression."

LIE: Nothing works for me. TRUTH: Jesus healed ALL oppressed - you're not the exception, you're included. (Acts 10:38)

LIE: Responsibility means perpetual guilt. TRUTH: He cast it in the sea's depths. (Micah 7:19)

LIE: Need meetings forever. TRUTH: My help comes from the LORD (Ps 121:2). He'll NEVER leave me (Heb 13:5) - He's enough!
