LIE: Mom's depression means I'll be suicidal. TRUTH: LORD near to brokenhearted, SAVES them—Ps 34:18. Abundant LIFE now, sound mind NOW.
LIE: They'd be better without me. TRUTH: God has a future and hope FOR YOU—you're needed here. Jer 29:11. Your presence is purposed.
LIE: Mental illness disqualifies you. TRUTH: 2 Cor 12:9 - His strength is PERFECT in weakness. Elijah was suicidal and God still used him immediately.
LIE: Self-harm disqualifies healing. TRUTH: Demoniac CUT HIMSELF, Jesus spoke once, instant soundness of mind. You're not too broken. (Ps 147:3)
LIE: Depression means I'm not saved. TRUTH: David, Elijah, Jonah all battled it while beloved by God. Psalm 42:5
LIE: Better off dead. TRUTH: God's thoughts toward you are PEACE, FUTURE, HOPE—precious as sand. Jer 29:11, Ps 139:17
LIE: My life doesn't matter. TRUTH: Before birth, God knew, sanctified, and ordained you for THIS moment. Jer 1:5
LIE: World's better without me. TRUTH: God thinks thoughts of PEACE & HOPE toward you - Jer 29:11. You're WANTED.
