LIE: I must pray/read more to please God. TRUTH: His love is a gift, not wages—nothing you do earns it. (Eph 2:8-9)
LIE: Churches are businesses. TRUTH: By one Spirit we're one body—method doesn't determine family, the Spirit does. (1 Cor 12:12-13)
LIE: I'm completely empty. TRUTH: Rivers flow from His presence in you—you're connected to an infinite source (John 7:38).
LIE: Too tired to keep fighting. TRUTH: Wait on Lord, renew strength. Elijah's one meal sustained 40 days. Rest is gift. (Isaiah 40:31)
LIE: Too old to struggle. TRUTH: Jesus tempted in ALL points. Come BOLDLY for GRACE. No condemnation. (Heb 4:15-16, Rom 8:1)
LIE: Should have forced it. TRUTH: NOT by might but by My SPIRIT - Zechariah 4:6. Branches abide, not strive.
LIE: I'm not enough. TRUTH: He chose you before creation—Eph 1:4. His delight isn't earned, it's lavished.
LIE: Too selfish to ask. TRUTH: God GIVES you your heart's desires—Psalm 37:4. Bring EVERYTHING—Philippians 4:6.
LIE: I'm not spiritually mature. TRUTH: You are complete in Him—righteousness is gift, not achievement. Col 2:10
LIE: Alcoholism is your family curse. TRUTH: Such WERE some of you—washed, sanctified, justified. Past tense. Done—1 Cor 6:11.
LIE: Dementia disqualifies me from spiritual warfare. TRUTH: Power is in the WORD, not memory. Isaiah 55:11 - His Word never returns void.
