"I'll be tired forever because my body just doesn't rest well."
How it sounds in your head: Other girls wake up refreshed but I'm always exhausted. Maybe my body is just broken. I've tried everything and nothing works, so this must be permanent.
"Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness."
-- Lamentations 3:22-23Medical world agreeing with enemy that her condition is chronic and unchangeable, creating hopeless identity.
She's experienced months or years of poor sleep, and doctors have found no solution, making permanence feel like medical fact. Her body feels like evidence that some things can't change.
She suffered 12 YEARS, spent all her money on doctors who made her WORSE, and was told her condition was permanent. One touch of Jesus' garment and IMMEDIATELY the fountain of her blood dried up—instant healing after 12 years of 'incurable.'
I REFUSE the lie that tiredness is my permanent identity. IT IS WRITTEN that His mercies are new EVERY MORNING, which means today is a new day regardless of how I slept last night. My body is NOT the final authority—the Word is. IT IS WRITTEN in Isaiah 40:29 that He gives power to the weak and to those who have no might He INCREASES strength. I am under the barak blessing where I am blessed in my body, blessed in my energy, blessed in my rest. Chronic is not my portion—ABUNDANT LIFE is.
Father isn't withholding rest until you find the right supplement or sleep routine—He's already releasing supernatural rest into your body this very moment. The prodigal got a feast while still smelling like pigs; you get rest while still feeling exhausted.
