"I'll be tired the rest of my life; energy doesn't return at my age."
How it sounds in your head: You wake up already exhausted, drag through days that used to be manageable, nap when you never needed to before. Friends confirm this is just what happens in your sixties—permanent fatigue as the new baseline until death.
"He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength."
-- Isaiah 40:29World system declaring decline as inevitable biological law, removing hope for restoration or renewal after certain age milestones.
Every morning proves it—the exhaustion isn't lifting regardless of sleep attempts. Your body feels heavy, movements slow, stamina gone. Medical tests show 'normal aging' with no solutions offered.
Moses was 120 years old when he died, and Scripture records, 'his eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished'—eight decades beyond modern retirement with ZERO decline in strength, stamina, or vitality until the day he died by God's choice, not body failure.
I REFUSE the lie that energy expires with age or that exhaustion is my permanent state. IT IS WRITTEN that He GIVES power to the weak and INCREASES strength to those with no might—that's a NOW promise, not a memory. I am redeemed from the curse of weariness, fatigue, and depletion. The BARAK blessing that sustained Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob through old age sustains ME. IT IS WRITTEN in Nehemiah 8:10, 'The joy of the Lord is your strength.' Not 'was'—IS. My strength is not biological; it's COVENANT. I receive supernatural energy, renewed vitality, mounting up with wings like eagles regardless of my birth certificate. My body obeys the Word, not the calendar. I am strong, vibrant, and flourishing.
The Father isn't resigned to your exhaustion as inevitable decline—He's the same God who kept Moses climbing mountains at 120 with undimmed eyes. He's already releasing strength into your body, commanding energy at cellular level, renewing like the eagle, because the covenant doesn't have an expiration date and He's not done with you yet.
