"The doctor's report is more real than God's Word about my healing."
How it sounds in your head: You heard what the specialist said. He has years of training and the lab results don't lie. You can hope all you want, but the scans show the truth. Maybe God heals some people, but this diagnosis is your reality now.
"My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your eyes; keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh."
-- Proverbs 4:20-22Source: world system that elevates natural knowledge above supernatural promises, making medical science the final authority instead of Scripture.
This man has spent decades trusting experts and data in his career—measurable, provable facts. The doctor has credentials, imaging, and statistics that feel more tangible than invisible faith.
Isaiah the prophet gave Hezekiah a terminal diagnosis: 'Set your house in order, for you shall die and not live.' Hezekiah refused to accept it, turned his face to the wall and prayed—God INSTANTLY added 15 years to his life before Isaiah even left the palace grounds.
I REFUSE the lie that any doctor's report outranks the Word of the living God. IT IS WRITTEN that God's words are health to ALL my flesh, not some—ALL. I am Abraham's seed by covenant, blessed coming in and going out, and the curse of sickness was nailed to the cross. My body hears one voice—the voice of its Creator who spoke galaxies into existence and calls dead things alive. IT IS WRITTEN in Exodus 15:26 that He is Yahweh Rapha, the Lord who heals me, and that name hasn't changed. I honor medical wisdom but I bow to Scripture alone. The BARAK blessing that protected Abraham through lies and Jacob through deception now covers me in Christ—and it includes divine health.
The Father isn't waiting for you to have perfect faith or stop doubting the diagnosis—He's already running toward you with healing in His wings. While you're still hearing the doctor's words echo in your head, He's reminding you that you're the righteousness of God in Christ, and by His stripes you WERE healed—past tense, finished work, just receive.
