How it sounds in your head: I heard that if you really believe, you picture it clearly and speak it out loud. I tried to imagine my prayer being answered but I couldn't hold the picture. Maybe that's why it didn't work - I didn't do the faith technique correctly.

She's been taught specific methods (visualize, speak, claim, declare) and when nothing happens, the obvious conclusion is she didn't perform the technique correctly. This turns faith into a work.
She simply thought 'If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well' - no formula, no perfect visualization, just desperate faith in Jesus. IMMEDIATELY the fountain of blood dried up and she felt in her body she was healed.
I REFUSE the lie that faith is a technique I must master. IT IS WRITTEN that salvation is by grace through faith and NOT OF WORKS - including faith-works! I don't produce breakthrough by visualizing correctly or speaking perfectly; I receive breakthrough by staying connected to Jesus. The woman with the issue of blood had no formula, just desperate faith, and was IMMEDIATELY healed. IT IS WRITTEN that apart from Him I can do NOTHING, which means I stop trying to produce results through techniques and start abiding in the Vine. Faith isn't a method; it's a relationship. The barak blessing flows from covenant connection, not from mastering faith formulas.
Your Father isn't waiting for you to get the faith-technique right like some cosmic Simon Says game. He's moved by your heart's desperate reach toward Him, not by whether you visualized clearly or spoke the right words in the right order.
