"IVF or medical intervention means I'm not trusting God enough for a miracle."
How it sounds in your head: Real faith would refuse medical help and wait for supernatural intervention. If you go the IVF route, you're taking matters into your own hands. Churches whisper about those who don't have 'enough faith' to conceive naturally. You're caught between medicine and miracle.
"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
-- Philippians 4:19Religious legalism creates false hierarchy between natural means and supernatural faith; the enemy condemns practical wisdom.
Faith testimonies usually feature supernatural conception stories, not IVF success. Using medical help feels like admitting defeat or lack of faith. You want the 'God did it all' testimony, not the 'we used science' version.
God promised to HEAL Hezekiah and add 15 years to his life—a direct supernatural promise. Yet Isaiah applied a fig poultice as medicine. Miracle AND medicine together, zero conflict.
I REFUSE the lie that using medical intervention disqualifies me from miracle or reveals weak faith. IT IS WRITTEN that God will supply ALL my need according to His riches in glory—He doesn't restrict delivery methods. Luke was a PHYSICIAN who walked with Paul. Hezekiah received a direct healing promise from God AND applied medical treatment—both together. IT IS WRITTEN that LIFE comes from God whether through supernatural conception or medical breakthrough. My Father invented the biological processes that medicine utilizes; He's not threatened by IVF. Faith trusts WHO provides, not how He delivers. I stand under the BARAK blessing that opens wombs—sometimes instantly, sometimes through means, always BY HIS POWER.
Your Father isn't offended by medical intervention—He sent Isaiah with a fig poultice to Hezekiah AFTER promising supernatural healing. He's running toward you with provision through WHATEVER means He chooses, because He's the source of LIFE in every form, and your faith is in HIM, not methodology.
