"I don't have the education or credentials to do what God's calling me to do."
How it sounds in your head: You feel a pull toward something bigger—starting that business, writing that book, leading that ministry—but you look at others in the field with their degrees and certifications and think 'Who am I?' You never got that Master's, never went to seminary, never climbed the corporate ladder. You're not qualified.
"But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty."
-- 1 Corinthians 1:27World system worshiping credentials and titles over God's calling and anointing.
The job descriptions list requirements you don't have. The comparison is brutal—everyone else seems to have letters after their name, networks you don't have, training you skipped. The gatekeepers won't even look at you without the credentials.
Amos was a shepherd and farmer, not a trained prophet or from a prophetic family. When the priest challenged his credentials, Amos said 'The Lord took me from following the flock, and the Lord said to me, Go, prophesy to My people Israel.' No seminary—just God's call.
I REFUSE the lie that I need man's credentials to fulfill God's calling. IT IS WRITTEN that God chooses the foolish to shame the wise and the weak to shame the mighty. My sufficiency is not from myself but from God (2 Corinthians 3:5). IT IS WRITTEN that the BARAK blessing on Abraham's seed doesn't require a résumé—it protected liars, deceivers, and murderers because it's based on COVENANT not credentials. I am equipped by His anointing, qualified by His blood, and appointed by His voice. Human gatekeepers don't validate what God has ordained.
The Father isn't checking your LinkedIn—He's running toward you with the signet ring of authority for the calling He placed in you before the world began. While the world demands credentials, He's already anointed you for the assignment.
