When adults say 'everything happens for a reason' and 'God is teaching you,' it sounds spiritual and wise. It gives her something to control when her body feels out of control.
She suffered for 12 YEARS with constant bleeding, spent all her money on doctors who made her worse. Jesus healed her IMMEDIATELY when she touched Him—didn't ask what lesson she learned or if she figured out why she had it.
I REFUSE the lie that my sickness is God's teaching tool. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus healed ALL who were oppressed by the devil, because sickness is oppression, not education. My Father doesn't make His daughters sick to get their attention—He sent Jesus to destroy the works of the devil. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I WAS healed—past tense, already done at the cross. I am Abraham's seed, heir of the BARAK blessing that includes divine health. Disease has NO legal right to my body—I am the temple of the Holy Spirit, and my Father protects His temple.
Your Father is running toward you with healing in His hands, not waiting for you to learn some hidden lesson first. While you were still sick, He already provided your healing 2,000 years ago—He's not withholding it until you pass some test.
