"At my age, chronic pain is just normal—I need to accept the aging process."
How it sounds in your head: You're in your forties now; bodies break down. All your friends have something hurting. This is just what happens to women after forty—hormones shift, joints ache, energy drops. Fighting it is denying reality. Be realistic and adjust your expectations.
"So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you."

Every woman she knows her age complains about pain, doctors normalize it as 'age-appropriate,' and her body gives daily evidence that she's not twenty anymore. Accepting seems mature; expecting healing seems delusional.
At 85 years old, after wandering in wilderness for 40 years, Caleb declared, 'I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war.' He didn't accept age-appropriate decline; he took the mountain and drove out giants at 85.
I REFUSE the lie that age determines my health destiny. IT IS WRITTEN: God will 'restore the years'—not manage my decline but RESTORE my strength. Caleb at 85 had the strength of his youth; Moses at 120 had undimmed eyes. The BARAK blessing doesn't expire at menopause. I am blessed in my going out and coming in at EVERY age. IT IS WRITTEN: my youth is renewed like the eagle's. I receive supernatural strength and pain-free living NOW because I'm in covenant, and covenant trumps calendars.
The Father isn't sympathetically watching you decline with age, offering comfort in your limitations—He's offering RESTORATION and renewed youth because that's covenant blessing. Like the Prodigal got full sonship restored (not age-adjusted benefits), you get full health restored regardless of how many birthdays you've had.
