"Those healing testimonies are exaggerated or fake—people just want attention."
How it sounds in your head: When I hear about someone getting healed, I automatically wonder if they're lying or if it wasn't that serious to begin with. Social media is full of fake stories for clout, so why would healing be any different? I've been trained to be skeptical, which means I can't even hope for my own miracle without feeling naïve.
"He answered and said, 'Whether He is a sinner or not I do not know. One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see.'"
-- John 9:25Source: Enemy—cynicism and unbelief planted through exposure to manipulation and fake testimonies, causing you to throw out the real with the fake.
You've seen influencers fake everything for views, and some church testimonies sound too good to be true or are vague enough to be coincidence. The world has made you suspicious of everything, so faith feels like gullibility.
Peter cut off Malchus' ear with a sword in front of a crowd of soldiers and religious leaders—a violent, witnessed injury. Jesus immediately touched the ear and healed it completely, in front of ENEMIES who would've loved to disprove Him.
I REFUSE the lie that healing testimonies are fake or exaggerated just because some people lie for attention. IT IS WRITTEN that the blind man said 'I was blind, now I see'—and no amount of skepticism could erase his miracle. Yes, some testimonies are fake, but that doesn't make ALL miracles lies—it means the enemy works overtime to discredit what God actually does. I will not let cynicism steal my faith or block my breakthrough. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus healed them ALL, and He's the same today. I'm Abraham's seed, under the BARAK blessing that includes divine health, and I choose to believe God over my suspicion.
Your Father isn't offended by your skepticism or shocked that fakes exist—He knows the difference between manufactured hype and His genuine power. He's running toward you with a miracle so undeniable you'll have your own 'I was blind, now I see' moment that no one can argue away.
