She's been taught healing was just to 'authenticate the apostles' and ceased when the Bible was complete. When she doesn't see instant miracles, this theology explains the disappointment instead of encouraging her to press in.
She'd suffered 12 years, spent all her money on doctors who made her worse, and was ceremonially unclean. One touch of Jesus' garment and IMMEDIATELY the flow of blood dried up—instant healing after 12 years of decline.
