"These tormenting thoughts mean I'm demon-possessed and beyond God's reach or normal help."

The intrusive thoughts feel alien and evil, making her question her salvation. She's been taught possessed people need dramatic intervention, which makes her current struggle feel insurmountable by normal means.
A man so possessed he lived naked in tombs, cut himself with stones, broke chains—absolutely beyond human help. One word from Jesus and INSTANT deliverance: 'clothed and in his right mind.' The most extreme case required no process.
I REFUSE the lie that tormenting thoughts mean I'm possessed or beyond God's reach. IT IS WRITTEN that my weapons are mighty for pulling down EVERY stronghold—no exceptions, no special cases. These are thoughts to take CAPTIVE, not evidence of demonic ownership. IT IS WRITTEN that if the Son sets me free, I am free INDEED. I am sealed with the Holy Spirit, and NO demon can possess what God owns. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives IN me. I am not battling for freedom—I am ENFORCING the freedom Jesus already purchased.
The Father sees your mental battle and He's not afraid of it or shocked by it. He's reminding you the weapons He gave you are sufficient—your mind is not demon territory; it's HOLY GROUND being renewed.
