"Their dysfunction means I don't know how to do relationships right."

Enemy whispers: You're relationally handicapped because they didn't model health. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: John 14:26 - 'The Holy Spirit will TEACH you ALL things.' Not some things. ALL. You don't need their modeling—you have a BETTER teacher. The Spirit shows you in real-time what love, boundaries, communication look like. Their dysfunction doesn't disqualify you—it positions you to learn from the BEST source. You're not behind. You're being personally tutored by God Himself.

You lack reference points others take for granted. Watching friends navigate relationships with ease highlights your confusion, making you feel fundamentally behind and handicapped.

Ruth came from Moab—incestuous origin, pagan culture, zero godly relationship modeling. She married Boaz, became great-grandmother of DAVID, in Messianic line. One relationship with godly man INSTANTLY reversed generations of dysfunction—no therapy, no 'process,' just grace and covenant.

I REFUSE the lie that my parents' dysfunction disqualified me from healthy relationships. IT IS WRITTEN that the Holy Spirit teaches me ALL things—I have the best Teacher available. Their failure to model doesn't limit my capacity to love well. IT IS WRITTEN that I am blessed in relationships, above not beneath, lender not borrower. The BARAK covers my learning curve. The Spirit is showing me RIGHT NOW how to love, trust, communicate. I am not behind—I am personally tutored by the Master.
