How it sounds in your head: There are voices in my head that aren't mine, telling me I'm worthless, that I should hurt myself. They're so loud and persistent - what if they're demons I can't get rid of?

The thoughts feel external, persistent, and malevolent - distinctly different from his own voice. The spiritual warfare language he's heard makes demonic explanation seem most likely.

Those voices - whether neurological or demonic - have ZERO power to prosper. IT IS WRITTEN in John 10:27 that I know the Shepherd's voice and will not follow another. My righteousness is FROM GOD, not from silencing every thought. The BARAK blessing shields me. I have authority to condemn accusing tongues.
