"Real spiritual authority is for pastors and leaders, not ordinary women like me."
How it sounds in your head: I've never been on staff at a church. I'm not a Bible teacher or ministry leader. I'm just a grandma who loves Jesus. The people with real authority are the ones on platforms, not sitting in pews.
"But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light."
-- 1 Peter 2:9Religion + hierarchy - creating clergy/laity divide that Scripture NEVER establishes, elevating position over IDENTITY in Christ.
Church structure teaches that authority flows through titles and positions. She's been a faithful attender but never 'in ministry,' so she assumes she's second-tier in Kingdom authority.
A woman with five failed marriages and currently living with a man—no credentials, no reputation, no platform. She met Jesus, and IMMEDIATELY went and told her whole city. 'Many believed because of her testimony.' She became an evangelist in ONE CONVERSATION. No training. No title. Just encounter.
I REFUSE the lie that authority is reserved for titles and platforms. IT IS WRITTEN that I am a ROYAL PRIESTHOOD, chosen, holy, and set apart to proclaim His praises. The Samaritan woman had no credentials, just an encounter, and her TESTIMONY brought a city to Jesus. I don't need a title to carry authority—I need a RELATIONSHIP with the King. IT IS WRITTEN in Revelation 1:6 that He has made us KINGS and PRIESTS to His God and Father. I am ROYALTY. I am a PRIEST. I have full access to the throne, full authority in His name, and full assignment to proclaim His goodness. I am not ordinary—I am CHOSEN, ANOINTED, and COMMISSIONED. The same Spirit that fills pastors fills ME, and I walk in FULL authority as a daughter of the Most High King.
The Father doesn't rank His kids by job titles. You're not 'just' anything—you're a DAUGHTER, a PRIEST, and ROYALTY. The anointing isn't reserved for stages; it's poured out on anyone who ABIDES, and that includes you.
