"My lack of miraculous results means I'm not really saved or connected to God."
How it sounds in your head: I see others with testimonies of healing, provision, breakthrough. I have none. Maybe I'm not truly born again. Maybe I missed something in the salvation process. Maybe I'm one of those Jesus will say 'I never knew you' because if I was really His, I'd see His power.
"But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name."
-- John 1:12Enemy accusation making RESULTS proof of salvation instead of JESUS' finished work - pure works-righteousness.
The absence of visible miracles feels like absence of God's presence. The enemy whispers that real Christians see breakthrough, so your lack of it means you're not real.
Scripture says 'John performed NO SIGN' - zero miracles, zero healings, zero breakthrough testimonies. Yet Jesus said 'Among those born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist.' No miracles didn't mean no connection - it meant different assignment.
I REFUSE the lie that lack of miracles means I'm not saved. IT IS WRITTEN that as many as received Him ARE children of God - I received Jesus, therefore I AM His child, period. John the Baptist did NO miracles yet was the greatest prophet. IT IS WRITTEN that I am the righteousness of God in Christ - not by results but by JESUS' finished work. The thief on the cross saw no earthly breakthrough and Jesus called him saved. I am Abraham's seed, under the BARAK, sealed by the Spirit, hidden in Christ - THAT is my identity, not my miracle count.
The Father doesn't measure your sonship by your testimony collection - He sees you as the prodigal He's already running toward, robe and ring in hand, while you're still rehearsing your 'make me a hired servant' speech. You're His child because HE SAYS SO, not because you've performed signs and wonders.
