"My body is broken and wrong, and I'll never experience the fullness of life."

How it sounds in your head: You see other girls running, dancing, doing sports, wearing cute shoes. Your body doesn't work like theirs. The future feels limited - no dancing at prom, maybe no driving, activities crossed off before you even try.

John 10:10

"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly."

-- John 10:10
Enemy whispers: Your broken body means a broken, limited life. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: John 10:10 - Jesus came to give you ABUNDANT LIFE, not conditional-on-ability life. Abundant doesn't mean perfect body - it means fullness of joy, purpose, love, presence. Paul had a thorn in the flesh and wrote half the New Testament. Moses had a speech impediment and led a nation. Your body's limitations don't limit God's abundant life flowing through you RIGHT NOW.
Quick Truth: LIE: Broken body = broken life. TRUTH: Jesus gives abundant life NOW in any body. John 10:10

Enemy equates physical limitation with life limitation, making temporary bodies define eternal abundant life.

Why this feels true:

Your limitations are real and measurable. There are literally things you cannot do that others can. The gap between your life and 'normal' life feels impossibly wide.

Luke 13:10-13
Woman bent over 18 years

Couldn't straighten up for 18 years, spirit of infirmity, seen as cursed by religious people. Jesus called her over on the Sabbath, said 'Woman, you are loosed from your infirmity,' laid hands on her, IMMEDIATELY she was made straight and glorified God.

Speak this out loud

I REFUSE the lie that my body's limitations define my life's possibilities. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus came to give me ABUNDANT LIFE - not when my body works perfectly, but RIGHT NOW in this body as it is. Abundant life flows from His presence in me, not from physical abilities. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is mine through Christ - blessed in the city and field, coming in and going out - no mention of physical perfection required. IT IS WRITTEN I am complete in Christ who is the head of all principality and power. My fullness is in HIM, not in a body that matches someone else's standard.

But God actually:

The Father isn't waiting for your body to be fixed to give you abundant life - He's pouring it out on you NOW, in this moment, in this body. Like the woman bent over who was called 'daughter of Abraham' while still bent, you are blessed and beloved as you are.
