"I've been sick so long, this IS my normal. I need to accept this reality."
How it sounds in your head: It's been years, maybe decades. Everyone says 'acceptance is healthy.' Your doctors say 'manage it, not cure it.' Your spouse has adjusted to your limitations. Fighting feels exhausting when nothing changes.
"And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."
-- Romans 12:2World system dressed as wisdom—acceptance doctrine that sounds mature but agrees with curse instead of covenant, making you partner with disease instead of resist it.
The condition has lasted longer than most jobs you've held. Every medical professional uses the word 'chronic'—meaning permanent. Acceptance feels like peace after years of disappointment.
She had bleeding for TWELVE YEARS, spent everything on doctors who made her worse, was isolated and labeled 'unclean'—her condition was her entire adult life. One touch of Jesus' garment and IMMEDIATELY the flow stopped—twelve years ended in one second.
I REFUSE to call sickness 'my new normal.' Normal for a son of God is BLESSING, not curse. IT IS WRITTEN: I am NOT conformed to this world's medical verdicts but TRANSFORMED by renewing my mind to God's Word. God's perfect will includes my HEALTH. I am under the Abrahamic BARAK, which protected even liars and deceivers—how much more does it cover me, washed in Jesus' blood? The woman had her issue twelve years; it ended in ONE MOMENT. IT IS WRITTEN: by His stripes I WAS healed—that's MY normal, that's MY covenant right. I reject 'chronic' and 'incurable' because those words don't exist in Heaven's vocabulary concerning me. My body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and He doesn't dwell in ruins.
Your Father isn't impressed with the word 'chronic'—He specializes in interrupting patterns the world calls permanent. While you're reading the word 'incurable' on a medical report, He's already writing 'HEALED' in Heaven's records, and He's not waiting for you to believe harder—He's waiting to surprise you with sudden breakthrough because that's just WHO HE IS.
