"I'm too young and God only uses people with more experience"
How it sounds in your head: Adults don't take you seriously. You're told to 'wait your turn' and 'learn from your elders.' Your ideas are dismissed as naive. Church wants you to serve in kids' ministry but not lead anything real. By the time they trust you, you'll be 30.
"Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."
-- 1 Timothy 4:12Source: Religious hierarchies that worship seniority instead of anointing, built on worldly corporate structures.
Every leadership meeting is full of people twice your age who smile condescendingly when you speak. You've been told 'you're the future of the church' so many times it feels like code for 'not the present.'
Josiah became king at age EIGHT over a nation in idolatry. At SIXTEEN—your age—'he began to seek the God of his father David,' and at twenty he purged Judah of idols, leading the greatest revival in Judah's history while adults twice his age had compromised.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm too young for God to use powerfully. IT IS WRITTEN: 'Let no one despise your youth.' IT IS WRITTEN that Josiah brought revival at sixteen, David killed Goliath as a teen, and Mary carried the Messiah as a teenager. My age is not a disqualification—it's a divine SETUP. The Holy Spirit inside me is not young or inexperienced—He's the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead. I am anointed NOW, appointed NOW, and called NOW. The world needs what God put in me, and I won't wait for permission from people who missed their own moment.
The Father isn't waiting for you to get older—He's releasing breakthrough through you RIGHT NOW to shame the 'wisdom' of those who've grown cynical. He chose you at this age ON PURPOSE because your faith hasn't been beaten down by religion yet.
