"I'm a burden because I cost money my family doesn't have."
How it sounds in your head: They argue about bills and my sports fees, school costs, or food. I hear 'we can't afford this' and know I'm the expense. Every pair of shoes I need is a problem. I'm a financial drain.
"And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
-- Philippians 4:19Enemy using financial stress to make him feel like a cost instead of a treasure.
Real financial pressure in the home. Parents stress about money and expenses are often tied to kids. He calculates his cost and feels guilty for needing things.
A widow had one meal left for her and her son, then planned to die. Prophet Elijah showed up and asked for food—adding another mouth seemed like death. She fed him anyway and the oil and flour never ran out. The 'burden' became the blessing pipeline.
I REFUSE the lie that I am a financial drain. IT IS WRITTEN that my God supplies all my needs according to His riches in glory. I am not too expensive for Heaven. My Father owns everything and He commands blessing on my household's storehouses. IT IS WRITTEN that the BARAK blessing makes me blessed in the city and the field, in the storehouse and in all I set my hand to. I am not a cost—I am a carrier of Heaven's provision. Lack does not define me; abundance in Christ does.
The Father is running toward you with a checkbook signed by the Blood of Jesus. He's not tallying your costs—He's celebrating your presence. You're not the expense; you're the HEIR, and everything He has is already yours.
