"I'll always be the girl who can't keep up physically with everyone else."
How it sounds in your head: They're hiking, you're home. They're dancing at weddings, you're calculating spoon theory. Every group photo you're sitting while they stand. You're the reason plans get changed or cancelled. You've become the accommodation, not the participant.
"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
-- Isaiah 40:31World system equating physical capability with worth, making comparison the measure instead of covenant.
You literally can't do what they do—it's not in your head. The fatigue is real, the pain is real, the limitations are documented. Instagram shows everyone your age thriving physically while you're managing a flare.
Twelve years bleeding, spent everything on doctors, only got worse—physically weaker by the day. One touch of Jesus' garment and IMMEDIATELY the flow stopped, she FELT in her body she was healed. Jesus called her DAUGHTER and said her faith made her well, not her strength.
I REFUSE the lie that my physical limitations make me less valuable or less included in God's plans. IT IS WRITTEN that I renew my strength by waiting on the LORD, not by measuring up to others' abilities. I am a branch connected to the VINE—fruit comes from CONNECTION, not my capacity. The BARAK blessing covers my body, my energy, my every step. IT IS WRITTEN I can do all things through Christ's strength, not mine. I declare supernatural strength in my physical body, divine energy in my weary places, and I reject comparison as the enemy's measuring stick. I am loved, I am equipped, I am enough.
Father sees you choosing to show up even when it costs you physically, and He's not comparing you to anyone. He's handing you the ring, the robe, the sandals—full sonship—while you're still calculating whether you have the energy to stand. He's throwing you the party NOW.
