The Father didn't send Jesus to give you better coping mechanisms—He sent Him to SET CAPTIVES FREE. The woman with the issue didn't touch Jesus and hear 'Okay, now manage this for 12 more years.' She heard 'Daughter, go in PEACE, be HEALED.' That's His heart for you—not management, FREEDOM.
