"If healing were real today, every Christian hospital would be empty. Since they're not, it must not work."
How it sounds in your head: You look around and see Christian doctors, Christian hospitals, Christians getting sick and dying, and it makes you wonder if supernatural healing is just wishful thinking. If it really worked, wouldn't there be more evidence? The absence of widespread healing feels like proof it's not reliable.
"Now He could do no mighty work there, except that He laid His hands on a few sick people and healed them. And He marveled because of their unbelief."
-- Mark 6:5-6Source: Enemy's logic trap that judges God's truth by current experience rather than judging experience by God's unchanging Word, creating a self-fulfilling cycle of unbelief.
The statistical reality is that Christians get sick and die at similar rates to non-Christians, which seems to contradict the healing promises. You'd rather trust what you can see and measure than believe in something that appears inconsistent.
The disciples tried to cast out a demon and failed, so they asked Jesus why. He didn't say 'That gift ended' or 'Healing doesn't always work.' He said 'Because of your UNBELIEF'—the issue wasn't God's power but their FAITH to access it.
I REFUSE the lie that the absence of healing proves healing doesn't work, when Scripture shows UNBELIEF blocks God's power. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus could do no mighty works in His hometown because of their unbelief—the problem wasn't His ability but their FAITH. I will not judge God's truth by broken church experience; I judge experience by His WORD. The BARAK blessing is real whether or not everyone walks in it. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I was healed—that's covenant reality regardless of hospital statistics. I break agreement with corporate unbelief and receive my personal breakthrough.
The Father is grieved that His children have used the absence of miracles to disprove His promises rather than letting His promises expose the absence of faith, and He's running toward you with healing power that's been available all along. While you're judging His truth by empty hospitals, He's longing to fill them by releasing His power through believers who BELIEVE.
