"If healing were God's will, every Christian would be healed—so it must not be for everyone."
How it sounds in your head: I know Christians who died of cancer. I know pastors who wear glasses. If God wanted everyone healed, why do godly people stay sick? Maybe healing is random—God picks some and not others. Maybe it's not for me.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."
-- 3 John 1:2Source: Religious logic that judges God's will by circumstances instead of by Scripture, and bases theology on what DIDN'T happen instead of what Jesus DID.
You can see with your eyes that not everyone gets healed, so saying 'healing is for everyone' feels like denying reality. It's easier to adjust theology to match circumstances than to keep believing for breakthrough.
Matthew 12:15 says He 'healed them ALL.' Luke 6:19 says 'the whole multitude sought to touch Him, for power went out from Him and healed them ALL.' Not some. Not the worthy ones. ALL who came. 100% healing rate when they came to Jesus—that's God's will revealed.
I REFUSE the lie that healing isn't for everyone. IT IS WRITTEN that John prayed 'I pray that you may prosper in all things and BE IN HEALTH'—that's God's WILL for His beloved. Jesus healed them ALL—Matthew 12:15, Luke 6:19—100% of the people who came to Him for healing were healed. God's will is revealed in what JESUS DID, not in what people failed to receive. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I WAS healed—past tense, purchased, finished. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is MINE through Christ, and that blessing includes HEALTH. I am beloved, and my Father's will for me is the same will He had for every person who came to Jesus—COMPLETE HEALING. I receive healing NOW because God's will is YES, not maybe.
Your Father's will isn't a mystery—it's revealed in Jesus, who healed EVERYONE who came. He's not waiting to decide if you're one of the lucky ones; He already decided at the cross that healing is yours.
