"I need to be stressed about provision like adults are, or I'm being immature and irresponsible."
How it sounds in your head: When I'm not worried about money stuff, I feel like I'm being childish. Shouldn't I start carrying these burdens to prove I'm growing up and responsible?
"Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?"

She sees stressed adults praised as 'responsible' and carefree people judged as 'immature.' As she approaches teenhood, she thinks adopting adult anxiety proves she's maturing.
Two million Israelites in a desert with no food source. God rained down manna every morning for 40 YEARS—they didn't plant, harvest, or store. They just gathered what they needed daily. Zero stress, total provision, supernatural sustenance.
I REFUSE the lie that anxiety equals maturity or responsibility. IT IS WRITTEN that I should NOT worry about provision—God feeds the birds and I'm worth MORE! Child-like trust is Kingdom maturity. The BARAK blessing means the Lord COMMANDS blessing on my storehouses—I don't carry that burden. IT IS WRITTEN in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast ALL my cares on Him because He cares for me. Stress isn't my job; trust is. I rest in my Father's faithfulness like the Israelites who gathered manna without planting a seed.
Your Father isn't waiting for you to graduate into anxiety—He's inviting you to remain in childlike trust forever. He fed two million people in a desert for 40 years without a single grocery store. You think He can't handle your needs?
