"I need someone more spiritual to pray for me because my own authority isn't strong enough."
How it sounds in your head: When things get really bad, I need to call my pastor or a prayer warrior. My prayers feel like they bounce off the ceiling, but when they pray, things shift. I'm just not powerful enough alone.
"And what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places."
-- Ephesians 1:19-20Source: religious system creating spiritual hierarchy, enemy convincing you others have 'more' Holy Spirit than you.
She's seen breakthrough happen when 'powerful' people pray and felt her own prayers go unanswered. It feels like spiritual authority has levels, and hers is too low for serious battles.
She spent 12 years and all her money on doctors who couldn't help. She didn't wait for Peter to pray. She didn't ask a synagogue leader. She touched Jesus' garment herself and was IMMEDIATELY healed. Jesus said 'YOUR faith has made you well'—not the disciples' faith, HERS.
I REFUSE the lie that others have more authority than me. IT IS WRITTEN that the SAME power that raised Jesus from the dead works in EVERYONE who believes. I don't have 'junior Holy Spirit.' I have RESURRECTION POWER. I am Abraham's seed, walking in BARAK blessing—the same covenant that protected Jacob protects me. IT IS WRITTEN that I am seated with Christ in heavenly places, same seat as every apostle and prophet. When I speak Jesus' Name, Hell responds the SAME as when anyone else speaks it. The Blood doesn't grade on spiritual maturity.
The Father is running toward you with the FULL measure of Holy Spirit, not a partial pour waiting for you to mature. He's not rationing power based on title; He gave you the SAME Spirit that hovered over creation and raised the dead.
