THE LIE Demonic Oppression

"I need a special deliverance ministry or exorcism because regular prayer and church aren't working."

How it sounds in your head: I've tried everything normal Christians do—worship, prayer, Bible reading. Nothing changes. I must need someone with special authority, a trained deliverance minister who can cast out whatever is holding me.

IT IS WRITTEN Luke 10:19

"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

Enemy whispers: You need someone more spiritual to deliver you. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Luke 10:19 - Jesus gave YOU authority over ALL the power of the enemy. Not some. ALL. Not to special ministers. To YOU. Acts 10:34 says God shows no partiality. You have the SAME Holy Spirit that raised Christ from the dead. The SAME authority. The SAME power. Mark 16:17 says these signs follow THOSE WHO BELIEVE—not those with ministry titles. You don't lack power. You lack revelation of what you already HAVE.

Why this feels true:

Ministry culture promotes specialized deliverance services and testimonies of dramatic exorcisms. Normal spiritual disciplines haven't produced instant relief, suggesting something more powerful is needed.

Not apostles but ordinary believers scattered by persecution went everywhere preaching. Unclean spirits came out of many with loud cries, paralytics and lame were healed. No special training, no ordination, no deliverance certification—just scattered believers with the same Spirit you have.

I REFUSE the lie that I need special people with special authority. IT IS WRITTEN: Jesus gave ME authority over ALL the power of the enemy. I have the SAME Spirit that raised Christ from the dead. The SAME power that spoke galaxies into existence. IT IS WRITTEN: Greater is He in me than he in the world. I don't need a mediator—Christ IS my mediator. I am Abraham's seed, and the BARAK blessing means heaven backs MY declarations. I am seated in heavenly places, far above all demonic power. My authority is POSITIONAL, not performance-based.
