"I don't have the gift of faith like some people do"
How it sounds in your head: Some women just have this supernatural belief that comes easy. I'm wired for anxiety, not faith. God gave them the gift; He didn't give it to me.
"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness"
-- Galatians 5:22Misunderstanding spiritual gifts as personality types that excuse unbelief instead of Holy Spirit empowerment available to all
She watches other women declare promises boldly while she white-knuckles through panic attacks. It feels genetic—they got the faith gene, she got the worry gene.
A priest serving in the temple doubted the angel's promise despite being in God's presence. Gabriel struck him mute for unbelief, yet God STILL fulfilled the promise—John the Baptist was born exactly as announced.
I REFUSE the lie that I lack the gift of faith others possess. IT IS WRITTEN that faithfulness is fruit of the Spirit, and I HAVE the Spirit. I am not manufacturing faith as a work; I am BRANCH connected to the VINE, and fruit grows AUTOMATICALLY from abiding. IT IS WRITTEN in Romans 12:3 that God dealt to EACH—including me—a measure of faith. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is mine through Galatians 3:14, not through my personality type but through COVENANT. Zechariah doubted an angel and still got his miracle.
The Father isn't withholding the 'faith gift' from you like a cosmic lottery you lost—He already deposited Jesus' perfect faith into your account, and you're learning to draw on HIS supply, not generate your own. Every branch gets the same sap from the same vine.
