"I don't deserve prosperity because others need it more than I do."
How it sounds in your head: When blessings come, I immediately think of someone more deserving—the single mom, the missionary, the refugee. I rank myself at the bottom of the deserve-list and feel like taking prosperity means stealing from someone who truly needs it.
"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ."
-- Ephesians 1:3Religion taught you God operates on scarcity and you're at the back of the line.
You've heard prosperity preaching condemned and sacrifice glorified, making need sound more spiritual than abundance. You've been taught to put everyone else first until there's nothing left for you.
Mephibosheth was crippled, hiding, grandson of David's enemy Saul—deserved nothing. David RESTORED all of Saul's land to him, gave him a place at the king's table FOREVER, and provided servants—all because of covenant, not because Mephibosheth earned it.
I REFUSE the lie that I don't deserve prosperity! IT IS WRITTEN that I am blessed with EVERY spiritual blessing in Christ. Deserve has NOTHING to do with it—this is COVENANT! I am Abraham's seed, heir to the BARAK blessing that flows regardless of my resume. My Father doesn't operate on scarcity or ranking systems! IT IS WRITTEN that He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly, and I am made upright by JESUS, not performance. I receive prosperity as my covenant birthright!
Your Father isn't looking at your deserve-list; He's looking at the CROSS. The prodigal deserved servant status but got SONSHIP—robe, ring, party—because the Father's love isn't rationed or ranked. You're His beloved daughter, and He runs toward you with abundance.
