How it sounds in your head: Your body lies to you. Hunger can't be trusted because it's led you to overeating before. You need external rules, meal plans, calorie counts - anything but listening to your own body's signals, which feel unreliable and dangerous.

Every diet taught her to override hunger with willpower, ignore fullness, distrust her body's wisdom. Years of external control have disconnected her from internal cues, and now hunger feels like the enemy instead of a gift.
The Israelites were instructed to gather manna according to each one's NEED - some more, some less - and when they measured it, everyone had EXACTLY enough. Those who gathered much had nothing left over; those who gathered little had no lack - God matched PROVISION to INDIVIDUAL NEED without external standardization.
I REFUSE the lie that I can't trust my body's hunger signals. IT IS WRITTEN that my God supplies all my NEED according to His riches in glory, and HUNGER is the language of NEED He designed into this body. My body is not my enemy - it's God's temple, His workmanship, created with WISDOM. IT IS WRITTEN that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and that includes the internal mechanisms that signal hunger and fullness. I reject the diet culture that severed trust between me and my body. I am Abraham's seed, and the BARAK blessing declares me blessed in my eating. As I honor the hunger God designed and trust the fullness He provides, I walk in the provision He orchestrated for THIS unique body.
Father isn't trying to trick you with hunger signals that betray you - He's wired your body with WISDOM to communicate its needs, and He delights when you trust His design. Just as He gave the Israelites exactly what they needed when they listened, He gives you internal wisdom to steward the temple.
