"I can't be used by God in ministry because of my limitations."
How it sounds in your head: Ministry requires energy, mobility, consistency—things your body can't always guarantee. You've been told 'God will use you WHEN you're healed,' which sounds spiritual but feels like being benched indefinitely. Maybe you're meant to receive ministry, not give it.
"But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty."
-- 1 Corinthians 1:27Religious gatekeeping that makes ministry access conditional on physical capability rather than seeing God's power displayed through weakness.
Practical barriers are real—buildings, schedules, physical demands. You've been passed over for roles 'for your own good.' The church often doesn't know what to do with disabled leaders.
Speech impediment—'slow of speech and slow of tongue.' Argued with God about his limitation. God didn't heal him first; God SENT him stammering and all, saying 'I will be with your mouth.' Led the Exodus, wrote the Torah, met God face to face—all while disabled.
I REFUSE the lie that my limitation disqualifies me from ministry. IT IS WRITTEN that God CHOOSES the weak things to shame the mighty—my weakness is not a bug, it's a FEATURE of how God displays His power. The BARAK blessing means I am the head and not the tail in ministry—God's calling doesn't wait for my body to cooperate. IT IS WRITTEN that God told Moses, 'I will be with your mouth,' and sent him WITH his speech impediment. God doesn't need my ability; He needs my AVAILABILITY. My limitation becomes the platform for His strength to be undeniable. I am CALLED, ANOINTED, and EQUIPPED exactly as I am.
The Father isn't waiting for you to be 'ministry-ready' by human standards—He's ALREADY using you, limitation and all, to reveal His glory in ways ability never could. Your weakness is not a waiting room; it's a stage for His power to be displayed.
