He sees sick people in church stay sick, hears pastors say miracles ended, and his prayers don't seem to work like Bible stories. The religious system around him constantly reinforces that the supernatural age is over.
This man came to ARREST Jesus, and Peter cut off his ear in the garden. Jesus healed His enemy's ear INSTANTLY in the middle of being betrayed and arrested—if He healed the guy coming to drag Him to death, He'll heal you.
I REFUSE the lie that healing ended with the apostles. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus Christ is the SAME yesterday, today, and forever—He hasn't changed, retired, or reduced His power. The same Jesus who healed blind Bartimaeus in one moment is alive in me RIGHT NOW. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I WAS healed—past tense, already done at the cross. I am Abraham's seed through Christ, and the BARAK blessing of health covers me not because I'm good enough but because I'm in COVENANT. Miracles aren't for 'back then'—they're for RIGHT NOW, and I receive healing as my inheritance.
The Father isn't waiting for you to get more spiritual before He heals you—He's running toward you with the same power that raised Jesus from the dead living inside you right now. He healed people who didn't even know His name yet; how much more will He heal His own son?
