"Healing ministries today are just about money, not genuine miracles."
How it sounds in your head: Every healing evangelist has a donation button and sells books. It's all a business model preying on desperate people. If healing were real, they wouldn't need to charge for it. The whole thing is a scam to get money from vulnerable people.
"Then Peter said, 'Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.'"
-- Acts 3:6Source: Cynicism from seeing televangelists abuse people's hope, painting all healing ministry as fraud.
She's seen the scandals, the private jets, the exposed frauds who planted people to fake healings. The financial manipulation is undeniable in some ministries, so assuming all healing claims are money grabs feels like street-smart discernment.
Peter had no money to give, no product to sell, no offering to receive. He gave freely what he had—the name of Jesus. The man lame for over 40 years IMMEDIATELY walked, leaped, and praised God without a single dollar changing hands.
I REFUSE the lie that healing is just about money. IT IS WRITTEN: Acts 3:6 - Silver and gold I do not have, but in Jesus' name, rise and walk. True healing power is FREE, given in Jesus' name, not bought or sold. I don't judge God's power by human corruption. I am Abraham's seed blessed with the BARAK that operated even when people sinned. IT IS WRITTEN: Isaiah 55:1 - Come, buy without money and without price. I receive healing freely because it flows from relationship, not transaction.
Your Father's healing power isn't for sale and never has been—Peter had no money but complete power to heal in Jesus' name. While you've been disillusioned by frauds, He's been offering you the same free, instant healing that made a 40-year-old lame man leap for joy without a single donation.
