She's been taught to respect authority, and doctors ARE authorities in medicine. Questioning the prognosis feels rebellious or anti-science. Friends say 'trust the doctors' like it's a spiritual principle. Agreeing feels humble, not faithless.
Messengers came and said, 'Your daughter is DEAD. Why trouble the Teacher any further?' - official death report from credible witnesses. Jesus CONTRADICTED the report: 'Do not be afraid; only believe.' He walked in and said, 'She is not dead, but sleeping,' and IMMEDIATELY raised her up. He overruled the medical examiner.
I REFUSE the lie that respecting doctors means accepting their prognosis as final authority over God's Word. IT IS WRITTEN that death and life are in the power of MY tongue, and I choose to speak LIFE over my body. I honor medical expertise while submitting to Heaven's authority. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus contradicted the death report over Jairus' daughter and raised her up - He didn't submit to the diagnosis; He OVERRULED it. The BARAK blessing gives me authority to speak life, just as Abraham called things that are not as though they were. I am a branch in the Vine, and I speak what the Vine speaks: LIFE, HEALING, WHOLENESS. Medical reports are facts; God's Word is TRUTH, and truth overrules facts.
The Father isn't disappointed that you're declaring healing instead of agreeing with the diagnosis. He's running toward you with the ring of AUTHORITY to speak life over your body, the robe that declares your IDENTITY as healer, not victim. While you were worried about offending doctors, He was celebrating that you finally sound like His child - speaking life, not death.
