"God won't heal me because I don't have enough faith."
How it sounds in your head: You see others get healed and wonder what they have that you don't. Maybe your faith is too small, too doubt-filled. Maybe if you just believed harder, prayed better, had more confidence, then God would move. Maybe you're the problem.
"For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect?"
-- Romans 3:3Religious teaching that healing depends on the strength of your faith, making you the source instead of Christ, and God a responder to your performance.
Jesus did say 'your faith has made you whole' to some people, and you feel your faith wavering under the weight of ongoing symptoms. If others are healed and you're not, the variable must be you.
He brought his son to Jesus saying 'if You can do anything, have compassion.' He literally said 'I believe; help my unbelief'—admitting doubt. Jesus didn't send him away to build faith first—He IMMEDIATELY healed the son despite the father's weak, doubt-filled faith.
I REFUSE the lie that weak faith blocks my healing. IT IS WRITTEN that God's faithfulness is not made void by my unbelief. My healing rests on Christ's FINISHED work, not the strength of my faith. Jesus healed those who doubted, who didn't ask, who weren't even present. IT IS WRITTEN that by His stripes I WAS healed—past tense, completed at the cross. I am Abraham's seed under the BARAK blessing, which covered liars and doubters and still protected them. My Father's nature is healer; His promises don't depend on my performance. I receive instant healing based on His faithfulness.
The Father isn't waiting for you to manufacture enough faith to qualify for healing—He's already qualified you through Christ's blood while you were still a sinner. He's running toward you with healing, not measuring your faith levels first.
