THE LIE Unwanted/Accident
"God only wanted me if my parents wanted me, and they didn't plan this."

How it sounds in your head: If I wasn't planned by them, maybe God didn't plan me either. Maybe I slipped through, and now everyone is stuck with me. God works through parents' plans, and I wasn't in the plan.

IT IS WRITTEN Psalm 139:16

Enemy whispers: You weren't in God's plan, you slipped through, you're Plan B. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Psalm 139:16 - 'Your eyes SAW my substance, being yet UNFORMED. And in Your book they ALL were written, the days FASHIONED for me, when as yet there were NONE of them.' God SAW you before conception, WROTE your days before Day One, FASHIONED your life before your parents even MET. IT IS WRITTEN in Ephesians 1:4 that He CHOSE you before the foundation of the WORLD. You're not Plan B. You're not an accident that slipped past Heaven's radar. You are PLANNED. CHOSEN. WRITTEN. Before time began.

WHERE THIS LIE COMES FROM

Theological confusion weapon from enemy, tying God's sovereignty to human planning, making Heaven reactive instead of proactive.

Why this feels true:

He's heard 'unplanned' language and assumes God's sovereignty depends on human intention. His young theology can't yet grasp that God's plan supersedes human planning.

Jephthah was the son of a prostitute, rejected by his family who said 'you shall have no inheritance...you are the son of another woman.' Yet God CHOSE this 'unwanted' man to deliver Israel and put him in the HALL OF FAITH (Hebrews 11:32).

Your Father is laughing at human calendars: 'My son, I didn't REACT to your conception - I ORCHESTRATED it. I've been planning this exact moment, with you in it, since before Adam took his first breath. You're not late. You're RIGHT ON TIME.'
