"God blesses me financially only so I can give it all away."
How it sounds in your head: Every financial increase comes with the immediate thought: 'This isn't for me; it's for someone else.' I'm the pipeline, never the destination. I can't enjoy blessing because I'm supposed to be a conduit, always passing it on, never stopping to receive.
"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it."
-- Malachi 3:10Religion made you a distribution center instead of a daughter, a tool instead of a beloved.
You've heard 'blessed to be a blessing' twisted into 'blessed ONLY to bless others,' making you invisible in the equation. Every sermon on prosperity ends with giving, never receiving and enjoying.
God restored Job's fortunes and gave him TWICE as much as he had before—14,000 sheep, 6,000 camels, 1,000 oxen, 1,000 donkeys. God didn't immediately tell him to give it all away; Job LIVED in that abundance, enjoyed his children, and died old and full of days.
I REFUSE the lie that God blesses me only to give it away! IT IS WRITTEN that He pours out blessing until there's not room enough to RECEIVE it—for ME to receive, enjoy, steward, AND share. I am a DAUGHTER, not just a pipeline. The BARAK blessing covers ME and flows THROUGH me. IT IS WRITTEN that God gives me richly all things to enjoy—not all things to immediately redistribute. I receive with joy, enjoy without guilt, and overflow from abundance!
Your Father didn't give the prodigal the robe to immediately donate it—He gave it for the son to WEAR, to enjoy, to be restored IN. You're not just a conduit; you're a BELOVED daughter, and the Father delights in blessing YOU, not just through you.
