"At my age, no one wants to be around me anymore—I'm just a burden."
How it sounds in your head: The nursing home staff is paid to smile at you. Your kids visit out of duty. You see the impatience in their eyes when you move slowly or repeat yourself. Even God must be tired of your prayers by now.
"Even to your old age, I am He, and even to gray hairs I will carry you! I have made, and I will bear; even I will carry, and will deliver you."
-- Isaiah 46:4Enemy exploiting vulnerability of aging and cultural worship of youth/productivity to isolate you from love.

Anna was 84 years old, widowed for decades, yet God positioned her in the temple for the greatest moment in history—to see and prophesy over the infant Messiah. Her old age wasn't her disqualification; it was her APPOINTMENT to witness what younger generations missed.
I REFUSE the lie that my age makes me unlovable or burdensome. IT IS WRITTEN that even to my gray hairs, God CARRIES me—I am not a weight He tolerates but a treasure He BEARS. My Father runs toward me with the same passion He had when I was young, because His love is based on HIS nature, not my utility. IT IS WRITTEN that I am blessed coming in and going out, in every season, including this one. I am Abraham's seed by covenant—the BARAK blessing protects me, prospers me, and positions me for PURPOSE even now. I receive divine appointments, supernatural strength, and the Father's delight over my life TODAY.
The Father sees you at 85 and doesn't see burden—He sees BELOVED. He's not waiting for you to be younger, stronger, or more independent; He's running toward you NOW, gray hair and all, throwing a party over the honor of carrying you.
