"Your existence is a mistake. You shouldn't even be here."
How it sounds in your head: You weren't planned, or you were born into chaos, or your parents split, or you just feel like a cosmic accident. Like the universe burped and out you came. No purpose, no plan, just...random.
"Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me, when as yet there were none of them."
-- Psalm 139:16Existential lie from the enemy attacking PURPOSE before it's even discovered, often rooted in family trauma or unplanned pregnancy.
The circumstances of your birth or family situation suggest you were an accident, a burden, a mistake that people have been managing ever since.
Jephthah was the son of a prostitute, rejected by his family, driven out as illegitimate. God made him the deliverer of Israel—instant elevation from outcast to JUDGE. His birth circumstances didn't disqualify God's call.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm a mistake. IT IS WRITTEN that my days were FASHIONED before there were any of them, that I was written in God's book before I was born. I am not an accident—I am an ASSIGNMENT. IT IS WRITTEN that I am fearfully and wonderfully made, that God's works are wonderful. The BARAK blessing is on my life by COVENANT, not by my parents' plan. Like Jephthah, my origin doesn't define my DESTINY. I was PLANNED by heaven even if I surprised earth.
The Father saw you before your parents did. He wrote your story before chapter one began. You're not managing a mistake—you're unfolding a MASTERPIECE already written in His book.
