"I'm invisible. I could disappear and nobody would notice or care."
How it sounds in your head: You've tested it—skipped the group chat, didn't show up, stopped trying—and the silence confirmed what you feared. You're not the friend people check on. You're filler in the background of someone else's highlight reel.
"See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; your walls are continually before Me."
-- Isaiah 49:16Orphan spirit blinding her to a Father who never takes His eyes off her for a second.
The texts go unanswered, the invitations don't come, the absence goes unmentioned. In a world that measures value by visibility and engagement, being unseen feels like being unloved.
Used, abused, invisible to everyone, running away to die in the desert. God met her there, called her by name, saw her when no one else did. She named Him El Roi—the God Who SEES—because He made the invisible instantly SEEN.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm invisible. IT IS WRITTEN that I am inscribed on the palms of His hands—I am CONTINUALLY before Him. I am not forgotten, overlooked, or unseen. IT IS WRITTEN that He calls His sheep by name, and I am KNOWN. I am not defined by who checks on me; I am defined by the God who NEVER looks away. The BARAK blessing on my life means I am blessed in the city and in the field—in the seen places and the unseen. I am the head and not the tail, and the God Who SEES me is making a way where there is none.
The Father has never looked away—not for a second. While you've been testing if people notice, He's been holding your name on His lips, inscribed on His hands, continually before His eyes, celebrating that you're SEEN even when the world scrolls past.
