"You need to find the right person with healing gift to pray for you."
How it sounds in your head: If you could just get to that healing evangelist or that pastor who sees miracles, then you'd be healed. You need someone with more faith or more anointing to pray for you because your own prayers aren't powerful enough.
"For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus."
-- 1 Timothy 2:5Source: Religious hierarchy creating dependency on human mediators, contradicting direct access to God through Christ our High Priest.
You've heard testimonies of people healed at certain meetings or by certain ministers, and when you prayed yourself nothing happened. It seems like some people have a special connection to God that you lack.
She didn't ask for prayer, wait for the right evangelist, or get in a healing line—she pushed through the crowd and touched Jesus' garment HERSELF with no intermediary. IMMEDIATE healing flowed to her based on HER faith, proving direct access to God's power without human mediators.
I REFUSE the lie that I need someone else to access God's healing for me. IT IS WRITTEN that there is ONE Mediator—Christ Jesus—and I have DIRECT ACCESS to the Father through Him. I come BOLDLY to the throne of grace, not timidly waiting for someone more spiritual to pray for me. IT IS WRITTEN in Ephesians 2:18 - 'Through Him we BOTH have access by one Spirit to the Father.' I don't need a chain of command; the veil was TORN. I am under the BARAK blessing of Abraham who spoke directly to God with no priest required. I am a branch connected directly to the Vine—no middleman, no special mediator. Healing flows to me based on HIS faithfulness, not someone else's anointing. I receive NOW from my Father who runs toward me.
The Father isn't waiting for you to find the right person to unlock His goodness toward you—He's already running directly to YOU, His son, with the robe and ring. You don't need anyone's permission or mediation; the blood of Jesus gave you permanent, direct, immediate access as a son, not a servant.
