"These intrusive thoughts and voices mean I'm possessed and beyond normal help."

I REFUSE the lie that intrusive thoughts mean possession. IT IS WRITTEN that I cast down arguments and bring every thought captive to Christ. My WANTING freedom proves I belong to Jesus—possessed people don't resist darkness. I am the righteousness of God in Christ. My identity isn't determined by thought warfare but by covenant blood. IT IS WRITTEN that I have the mind of Christ. These thoughts are ATTACKS, not evidence. I am sealed by the Holy Spirit, and no demon can possess what God owns. The BARAK blessing that protected liars and deceivers protects me—my thought battles don't disqualify me from complete victory.
