"The signs of the times prove God is angry so blessing now would be out of season"
How it sounds in your head: How can I expect favor when judgment is falling? It feels spiritually tone-deaf to ask for blessing when the world is burning. Maybe I'm supposed to just brace for impact and be grateful to survive.
"But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more."
-- Romans 5:20Religious teaching that God's judgment on nations means individual believers forfeit blessing and should expect suffering.
Prophecy conferences emphasize wrath more than love, cultural decay feels like divine anger, and at 60+ she's been conditioned that last-days believers suffer. Asking for blessing feels greedy or naive in 'judgment season.'
During a FAMINE when everyone else was starving and dying, Isaac sowed in that land and reaped a HUNDREDFOLD in the same year. He became so wealthy during judgment season that the king asked him to leave because his blessing was too much. Judgment on the land didn't stop covenant blessing.
I REFUSE the lie that God's anger at sin blocks His blessing toward me. IT IS WRITTEN that where sin abounds, grace MUCH MORE abounds. I am NOT under wrath; I am under GRACE. IT IS WRITTEN that there is NO condemnation to those in Christ Jesus. I am Abraham's seed; the BARAK that caused Isaac to prosper during FAMINE is on me. God didn't condemn the world—He SAVED it. His face shines toward me, not away from me. The Father RUNS toward me, not in anger but in DELIGHT, with the robe, ring, and party ready. Blessing isn't out of season—grace SUPERABOUNDS in dark times.
The Father isn't rationing blessing because of cultural sin—He's releasing OVERFLOW on His daughters as proof of His goodness in dark days. While religion preaches brace-for-judgment, He's running toward you with the ring of authority, the robe of righteousness, and the fatted calf of FAVOR.
