"Real spiritual authority requires years of Bible knowledge and training I don't have."
How it sounds in your head: You've seen mature believers quote entire chapters and reference Greek words. You barely know where books of the Bible are located. Surely authority comes from theological degrees and decades of study, not from stumbling through Scripture apps trying to find Habakkuk.
"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus."
-- Acts 4:13Source: Religion's knowledge-based authority lie that makes spiritual power a graduate degree instead of a family inheritance received the moment you're born again into the Kingdom.
Seminary-trained pastors sound like spiritual lawyers with case law for everything, while you're still Googling 'difference between Ephesians and Philippians' and feeling like a kindergartner at a doctoral defense.
A wild man living naked in tombs, cutting himself with stones, got delivered by Jesus and IMMEDIATELY began preaching in ten cities—with zero training, zero Bible knowledge, just a testimony. Cities marveled at his authority despite his complete lack of credentials.
I REFUSE the lie that authority requires theological training. IT IS WRITTEN that the religious leaders marveled at Peter and John who were uneducated and untrained—their authority came from BEING WITH JESUS. I have the Holy Spirit as my teacher, not a degree program. God chose the foolish to shame the wise. My lack of knowledge is His opportunity to show that power comes from relationship, not education. IT IS WRITTEN that the Kingdom belongs to children, not scholars. I carry the NAME above all names—that's my credential. The BARAK covenant blessing flows through me as Abraham's seed, regardless of my seminary status. Hell doesn't check transcripts before it bows.
The Father isn't waiting for you to complete Bible college before He uses you—He's handing you the family business keys RIGHT NOW, delighting to show His strength through your weakness while the educated older brothers calculate their worthiness on the porch.
