"Prosperity is for adults who work hard; I'm just a kid who hasn't earned the right."
How it sounds in your head: Adults have jobs and pay bills, so they deserve nice things. I'm just a kid—I don't work or earn money. Maybe when I'm older and have a job, then I can have abundance. Right now I should just be grateful for basics.
"Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven."
-- Matthew 18:3-4World system made provision conditional on labor and age, denying sonship inheritance rights that aren't earned but received.
He sees adults work for money and naturally assumes provision requires productivity. He feels 'lesser' because he can't contribute financially yet.
Samuel was a CHILD when God spoke to him directly—choosing him over the adult priest Eli. God didn't wait until Samuel 'earned' the right through age or work. God chose the CHILD to carry His voice to a nation. Your age is not a barrier; it's God's chosen vessel.
I REFUSE the lie that blessing waits until I'm older! IT IS WRITTEN that I must become as a LITTLE CHILD to operate in the kingdom. I'm not 'just a kid'—I'm a SON, and sons INHERIT. The BARAK blessing on Abraham's seed doesn't require employment—it requires RELATIONSHIP. God spoke to SAMUEL as a child, not after he earned credentials. IT IS WRITTEN that my Father knows what I need before I ask. I receive as a son RIGHT NOW, not as a future worker!
The Father doesn't tell the prodigal's younger brother 'wait until you're older.' Sonship has full access NOW—the older brother worked and stayed poor; the younger asked and received everything. Your youth is your ACCESS, not your barrier.
