"Other people's pregnancy announcements mean there's less blessing available for us."

How it sounds in your head: Another Facebook pregnancy post. Another gender reveal party we have to smile through. It feels like everyone else is getting what we're praying for. Maybe there's a limited supply of blessing and we're at the back of the line. Maybe God is giving to others because they deserve it more. Every announcement feels like a door closing for us.

Numbers 23:19

"God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"

-- Numbers 23:19
Enemy whispers: Everyone else is getting blessed—there's none left for you. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Numbers 23:19 - 'God is not a man, that He should lie... Has He said, and will He not do?' God doesn't have a limited supply of children to distribute. His promise to you doesn't depend on what He's doing for others. When Jesus fed the 5,000, EVERYONE ate until they were full and there were LEFTOVERS (Matthew 14:20). God's provision isn't first-come-first-served. Your friends' pregnancies don't subtract from your promise. Someone else's answered prayer doesn't cancel yours. God spoke fruitfulness over you—He WILL make it good.
Quick Truth: LIE: Others' blessings diminish mine. TRUTH: 'Has He said, will He not do?' (Num 23:19). Infinite supply, personal promise.

World: Scarcity mindset that God's blessing is limited and competitive rather than infinite and abundant.

Why this feels true:

Each pregnancy announcement feels like a subtraction from our chances. The frequency of others' blessings makes our continued waiting feel more significant, like we're being passed over repeatedly.

Genesis 29:31, 30:22
Leah and Rachel

Leah had multiple children while Rachel remained barren—but Rachel's time came. God opening Leah's womb didn't close Rachel's. God eventually 'remembered Rachel' and opened her womb too. Both women bore children; one's blessing didn't negate the other's.

Speak this out loud

I REFUSE the lie that others' pregnancies mean less blessing for us. IT IS WRITTEN: 'God is not a man, that He should lie... Has He said, and will He not do?' (Numbers 23:19). God's promise to me is NOT affected by what He does for others. His resources are INFINITE. IT IS WRITTEN: Jesus fed 5,000 and there were LEFTOVERS (Matthew 14:20)—abundance, not scarcity. Every pregnancy announcement around me is evidence that God is moving, not evidence He's forgetting me. I declare that my children are coming in God's perfect timing, and others' blessings are a preview of mine, not a replacement for it.

But God actually:

The Father doesn't operate on a limited blessing budget where giving to your friend means withholding from you—He has infinite children to assign to infinite families. While you're feeling left behind, He's watching the calendar count down to your announcement day, already celebrating.
