"No one will hire me because I'm too young and don't have enough experience."
How it sounds in your head: You're just a kid. Adults don't take you seriously. Why would anyone pay you when there are grown-ups who know more? You're not ready for real responsibility. You'll probably mess it up anyway.
"Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity."

Every job posting says 'experience required' and adults treat him like he's incapable. His body and voice are changing but he still feels like a kid trying to play grown-up.
Jeremiah said 'I'm just a youth, I can't speak' when God called him to be a prophet to nations. God said 'Don't say you're a youth—I've appointed you BEFORE you were born' and gave him immediate authority over kingdoms.
I REFUSE the lie that my age disqualifies me from God's provision and favor. IT IS WRITTEN that no one should despise my youth—I am an example in faith, and God has appointed me for purpose NOW, not later. My Heavenly Father ran to the prodigal while he was YOUNG and foolish, restoring him instantly. IT IS WRITTEN that the BLESSING OF ABRAHAM is mine through Christ—the same blessing that made Isaac wealthy even when he lied, the same blessing that protected Jacob even when he deceived. I am the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath. Favor opens doors. Provision flows. I am BLESSED.
Your Father sees you as READY because HE is ready to move through you. He's been preparing opportunities while you were sleeping—doors swing open not by your age but by His nature to provide for His children.
