"No employer wants someone who'll need time off for medical issues."
How it sounds in your head: They see your age and calculate risk. Doctor appointments. Procedures. Slower recovery. Insurance costs. You're a liability, not an asset. Why hire someone who comes with health complications when someone younger doesn't?
"So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you."
-- Exodus 23:25Enemy using natural health realities to block supernatural favor and divine appointments.
Employers legally can't ask but clearly calculate. Age discrimination is real. Health issues DO require time. The concern is economically logical from their perspective.
Crippled in both feet, considered worthless and hidden, yet King David SOUGHT HIM OUT and gave him permanent position at the king's table—not despite his disability, but because of covenant. His limitation didn't block his provision.
I REFUSE the lie that my health disqualifies me from employment or provision. IT IS WRITTEN that God takes sickness away from the midst of me and blesses my bread and water. I walk in divine health and supernatural favor. IT IS WRITTEN in Deuteronomy 28 that the LORD will command the blessing on everything I set my hand to. Employers don't determine my outcome—GOD does. I have favor with God and man. The BARAK blessing grants me favor that overrides natural concerns. I am the head, not the tail.
The Father isn't concerned about your medical history—He's orchestrating divine appointments where your presence is the answer to someone's prayer. He's not looking for the healthiest candidate; He's placing His CHOSEN one.
